William Alexander, 77, of East Liverpool, passed away, suddenly at his home, Wednesday, May 27, 2020.
Born, October 7, 1942, in Takoma Park, MD., he was a son of the late Wilmer and Refella Melina Alexander.
He was also preceded in death by his wife, Marilyn Berhar Alexander.
William was a graduate of St. Anthony Catholic High School. He was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force.
He worked for many years at Bruce Mansfield Power Plant and he later retired from Walmart.
William was a member of Holy Trinity Parish in East Liverpool. He had a passion for serving the Lord and served with the Knights of Columbus and unloading the food truck for FISH.
He will be missed by his son, William Alexander, and his wife Melissa of East Liverpool; daughter, Carolyn Alexander of Canton; brothers, Ray Alexander of MD. And Robert Alexander of NY.; sisters, Mary Leith of VA. and Delores Marshall and her husband Sunny of MD.; grandchildren, Austin and Brooke Alexander and Karen Bezon. He will also be missed by his great-grandson Clynton Bezon.
Deacon Ryan Furlong of Holy Trinity Parish will preside for Catholic Funeral Rites at the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester on, Thursday, June 4, 2020, at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Columbiana County Memorial Park. Friends may visit with the family, Wednesday, June 3, 2020, from 3:00 PM-5:00 PM and 6:00 PM-8:00 PM.
