Violet Hearn

 Violet Hearn of Pennsylvania Ave, Weirton, passed, Friday, January 8, 2021, at Weirton Geriatric due to complications with COVID-19.

She was born, April 17, 1931, she was a daughter of the late Adolf Otto and Nellie Drelick Klakos.

She was also preceded in death by her husband Delbert Hearn; son, Donald Hearn; granddaughter, Erin Elizabeth Faulkner; brother Frank Klakos and son-in-law, Daniel Griffin.

Survivors include 3 daughters, Patricia Spurlock, and her husband Everett of New Cumberland, Debra Cunningham and her husband Clarence of Weirton and Barbara Griffin of Weirton; sons, Rick Hearn of Amsterdam and his wife Nancy and Dennis Hearn of Columbus; sister-in-law JoAnn of Durham, NC. Also, 7 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

In accordance with her wishes, no calling hours or funeral services will be observed. She is in the care of the Arner Funeral Chapel.

The family would like to thank all the health care workers who took care of her through the years. A special heartfelt thank you to the nurse and health care workers, who held her hand and stayed with her till she passed.
