Vickie Whitehill

Vickie Wolfgang Whitehill, 63, of East Liverpool, passed, Sunday, June 20, 2021, at Trinity West Hospital in Steubenville, following a brief illness.

Born, November 26, 1957, in East Liverpool, she is the oldest child of Patricia Godsey of Maryville, TN.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Wesley, and Virginia Montgomery and by her Aunt Donna Easterday.

Vickie was a graduate of East Liverpool High School and for many years she worked as a mechanical drafter. She was the first woman in the drafting department of National Refractories and Minerals Corp. and eventually started her own drafting business.

In her free time, she enjoyed sewing, time with friends, walking in the park, and travel. Vickie was vibrant and was always the life of the party, she was a bit stubborn, but her soul was kind and genuine. 

She will be missed by her daughter, Kelby Whitehill (Andrew Eskelund) of Weirton, brother, Rex Wolfgang of Cincinnati and sister, Janis Wolfgang of East Liverpool.

We will celebrate Vickie’s life, Thursday, June 24, 2021, at 7:00 PM, at the Arner Funeral Chapel,  friends may visit two hours prior to the service from 5:00 PM-7:00 PM.
