Shirley Skelton

Shirley Skelton, 80, of East Liverpool, passed away, Thursday, August 15, 2019, at her home, following a lengthy illness.

Born, July 24, 1939, in East Liverpool, she was a daughter of the late Dana and Stella Lee Rowley.

Shirley was also preceded in death by her sister, Virginia Rowley and by her grandson, Jason Skelton.

She worked for many years as a Nurse’s Aide and she was a member of the Avondale Baptist Church.

Shirley is survived by her sons, Chuck Skelton and his wife, Peggy of East Liverpool and Randy Skelton of East Liverpool; daughters, Sherri McKinnon and her husband, Jim of East Liverpool and Paula Skelton of East Liverpool; brother, George Rowley of East Liverpool. She is also survived by her 3 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, September 7, 2019, at 2:00 PM, at the Bradley Center (Avondale Baptist Church) in East Liverpool.
