East Liverpool, OH.

Shirley M. Russell, 84, of East Liverpool, passed away, Friday, October 25, 2019, at the Calcutta Health Care Center following a lengthy illness.

Born, August 28, 1935, in Steubenville, OH., she was a daughter of the late Clyde and Helen W. Kamerer Moyer.

She was also preceded in death by her son, Charles S. Russell Jr.

Shirley had earlier worked at Hall China before retiring from Home Laughlin China Company.

She is survived by her husband, Charles S. Russell Sr.; sons, Jeff and Mark Russell of East Liverpool; daughter, Debra Garren of Newnan, GA.; several brothers and sisters, six grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.

In fulfilling Shirley’s wishes no services will be planned and the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester has been entrusted with her care.
