Shelly J. Graham

Shelly J. Graham, 54, of Chester, passed, Tuesday, July 21, 2020, in the Emergency Department at East Liverpool City Hospital.

Born, December 7, 1965, in East Liverpool, she is a daughter of Shelby Yost Graham of Chester and the late Robert “Hughie” Graham.

Shelly attended Dunbar School in Weirton and she was employed for many years at the Hancock County Workshop.

She will be missed by her companion, Randy Cook of Chester, Aunts, Uncles, and cousins.

Pastor Robert McGuire will celebrate Shelly’s life, Tuesday, July 28, 2020, at the Arner Funeral Chapel, at 2:00 PM. Friends may visit with the family 2 hours prior to the service, from Noon-2:00PM. Private interment will be at Locust Hill Cemetery.
