Shelley Ann “Shell” Rugar, 30, of Wellsville, earned her wings, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Born, September 29, 1991, in Haverhill, MA., she was a daughter of Joseph and Jodi Brant Rugar of Wellsville.
She was also preceded in death by her, Brother, Richard Ronald Bianco III.
Shell graduated from Winthrop High School in Massachusetts, she formerly worked as a welder and enjoyed every minute of it.
Shell had a free spirit and the epitome of a wildflower, and her favorite time of the year was Halloween. She loved her children with her entire heart, and she always felt comforted when she was near her mother.
Shell will be deeply missed by her parents, Joe and Jodi; son, Lucas Rugar; daughter, Alexia Angel; brother, James Rugar; and Nana, Anette Brant.
No services are planned at this time. Shell’s arrangements were entrusted with the Arner Funeral Chapel.
