Sheila D. Falk, 75, of New Cumberland, passed suddenly, Monday, June 22, 2020, at Weirton Medical Center in the Emergency Department.
Born, September 2, 1944, in Carrolton, she was a daughter of the late Stanley Guess and Russell and Betty May Bower.
A graduate of United Local High School, Sheila was a member of United Methodist Church in New Cumberland, and a lifetime member of the Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post #892 in Salem, and the Red Hat’s Society.
Her greatest joy was time spent with family. Sheila’s greatest passion was serving others and sharing her joy of life. She will be deeply missed by her loving husband of 56 years, John P. Falk; daughters, Julie Birkhimer of Weirton and Lori Falk of New Manchester; grandchildren, Brock Birkhimer, Nicole Stafford, and Eric Falk; great-grandchildren, Aiden Stafford, Ashton Wade, Araileia Stafford, and Amelia Falk; brother, Frank May of Tucson, AZ.; sisters, Stella Beery (Ted) of TX., Sandra Cranmer (Richard) of Salem, Sally Emch of Salem, Sheryl Moser (Larry) Of Louisville and Susan Endsley (Terry) of Salem; and her sisters-in-law, Diane Harshman of Salem, Judy Lodge of AZ. and Rosalind Snyder (Mike) of Hastings, MI.
Private services were held, and the Arner Funeral Chapel was entrusted with Sheila’s arrangements.
