Sandra DeBee

Sandra “Sandy” DeBee, 80, of Chester, was reunited with her husband, on Friday, September 22, 2023, at Allegheny Health Network in Wexford, PA.
Born, on January 6, 1943, in Hampton, TN., she was the daughter of the late Lewis and Elsie Clark Tolley.
Sandy was also preceded in death by her husband, Lanny P. DeBee, whom she married on June 8, 1960; son, Randy DeBee;  and brother, Stan Tolley.
She was a graduate of Wells High School Class of 1960. Sandy was formerly employed at East Liverpool City Hospital and Weirton Osteopathic, most recently retiring from Giant Eagle where she worked in the deli.
Sandy was a member of Newell First Church of the Nazarene. She enjoyed going to the yearly Church picnic and proudly attended since 1969.
She dedicated her life to spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Sandy will be deeply missed by her sons, Richard DeBee and his wife, Yong su of Virginia and Ryan DeBee and his wife, Tracey of Tennessee; daughter, Melissa Mike and her husband, Doug of Chester; grandchildren, Shaun, Brandon, Ryan, and Jacob DeBee and Dustin Meredith; granddaughters, Krista (Jimmy) Dailey,  Alissa (Troy) Butler, Nicole (JB) Smith and Andrea Davis; great-grandchildren, Brice DeBee, Payton and Hayden Butler, Jace, Jordan and Kyler Dailey, Layne and Josie Smith, Chloe Butler and Emmitt DeBee.
Pastor Steve Hall will celebrate Sandy’s life, on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at Arner Funeral Chapel, at 11:00 AM. Friends may visit with her family at the funeral home, on Monday, September 25, 2023, from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM. Private inurnment will be held at Shadow Lawn Memory Gardens.
