Rosetta L. Tice

Rosetta L. Tice, 86 of Newell passed away peacefully in the presence of her loving family at her home on Tuesday, February 25, 2020, following a brief illness.

Born November 8, 1933, in Newell, she was a daughter of the late William C. and Lela V. Gallaher Shuman.

Rosetta retired from Medical Financial Consultants where she worked as a mailing clerk.

She was preceded in death by husband, Ed Tice in 1988; her daughter, Connie Tice Jackson in 1993; her son, Terry Tice in 2019; and her daughter-in-law, Liz Tice in 2016.

Rosetta leaves her children, Ambar Thompson of Newell, Ernie Tice of Weirton, and Tracy Tice of East Liverpool. Numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren survive as well.

Family and friends are welcome to honor the life of Mrs. Rosetta Tice on Friday, February 28, at the home of Mrs. Terry Tice. Please call for information at 330-368-0454 or 304-459-3180. She will be laid to rest alongside her husband at Shadow Lawn Memory Gardens in Newell. The Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester is assisting her family with these arrangements.
