Roger Sadler

Roger L. Sadler, 72, of New Cumberland, went to be with his Lord and Savior, on Wednesday, October 17, 2018, following a brief illness.

Born, October 4, 1946, in Steubenville, he is a son of the late Glen and Mary Blanche Davison Pratt Sadler.

He was also preceded in death by his sister, Nancy Pratt Davis.

Roger was a member of the Glendale of the Nazarene. He was dedicated to his service in the Church.  

He retired from Weirton Steel Company.

Roger had many different talents, he enjoyed photography, art, and gardening. He also had a special love for music and would often attend concerts. Roger was very generous and supported several charities.   

He will be missed by his sister, Mariea Pratt Wakefield and by his nieces and nephews.

Pastor Scott Henry will celebrate Roger’s life Tuesday, October 23, 2018, at 11:00 AM, at the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester. Entombment will follow at Shadow Lawn Memory Gardens. Friends may visit with the family, Monday, October 22, 2018, from 4:00 PM- 6:00 PM.
