Robert Perkins Obituary

Robert E. Perkins, 71, of East Liverpool, passed, Saturday, January 8, 2022, at East Liverpool City Hospital, following a courageous battle with cancer.

Born, December 9, 1950, in New Martinsville, WV., he was the son of the late Henry Perkins and Geneva White Howell.

Robert was a graduate of East Liverpool High School. He was a proud veteran of the United States Army serving two years. Robert was employed at Columbiana Foundry for 44 years.

He will be deeply missed by his wife of 49 years, Deborah Jividen Perkins; son, Kevin Perkins of East Liverpool; brother, Skip Howell; sisters, Kathy Edgell, Sue Jones, and Delores Busto. He will also be missed by his 2 grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. He is in the care of the Arner Funeral Chapel.
