Richard Wymer Obituary

Richard Wymer, 68, of Wellsville, passed, on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, at his residence.
Born, on January 5, 1955, in Steubenville, he was the son of the late Clarence and Jeanetta Mae Lowery.
Rich attended Wellsville High School and was a proud veteran of the United States Navy. In his later years, he was employed at Buckman’s Chevrolet, and he was the proud owner of Wymer’s Lawn Care Service. Rich coached little league football for many years and he was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Donna Marie Hackney Gill Wymer, and by his siblings, Clarence “Butch” Wymer, Betty Mesler, Clifford, and Robert Wymer. 

Rich is survived by his children, Angela Lowther and her husband John, Thomas Gill, and his wife, Karrie, Richard A. Wymer and his wife, Missy, and Jason C. Wymer, and his wife, Mellissa, all of East Liverpool; sister, Faye Wymer; brothers, Wayne Wymer (Tammy), Ernie Wymer (Marilynn) and Roy Keenan (Sheri); grandchildren, Ashley Lowther (John Brown), Anna Swickard (Andrew), Kyra Gill, Zachary Gill, Alleigh Ingledue (Chris), Kelsie Piatt (Gage), Kaden Della-Penna, Jason Wymer Jr., Evan Wymer, and Adam Wymer; 18 great-grandchildren and niece, Robin Smith.  

Pastor Mark Blakely will celebrate Rich’s life, Monday, November 6, 2023, at Wellsville First Christian Church, at 5:00PM. Friends may visit with his family, 2 hours prior to the service from 3:00PM-5:00PM. Private inurnment will be held at Spring Grove Cemetery.
