Richard A. Maxwell

Richard A. Maxwell, 47, of Weirton, passed away in a house fire, Sunday, February 14, 2021.

Born, December 5, 1973, in East Liverpool, he is a son of Roger Maxwell of East Liverpool and the late Rosemary Shreve Maxwell.

Richard was also preceded in death by his nephew, Andrew McCoy.

He was a graduate of Oak Glen High School and he formerly worked at B & B Welding. He was an avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and painting.

Richard will be missed by his daughters, Tayler Davis and her husband Dylan of Chester and Maeson Maxwell of Sistersville, WV.; his siblings, Bobbi McCoy and her husband Dennis of New Cumberland, Terry Loveland and his wife Jennifer of New Cumberland and his twin brother, Roger Maxwell Jr. of Wheeling. He will also be missed by his grandchildren, Teagan, Westen and Ryder Davis; his nieces and nephews, Dustin McCoy, Ashley Rivera, Brittany Miller, Brooklyn Loveland, Haley, and Michael Maxwell.

A memorial service will be held at a later date and inurnment will be held at New Cumberland Cemetery.
