Richard Goppert Obituary

Richard N. Goppert, 73, of Boyd Road in East Liverpool, passed, Friday, July 10, 2020, at his home, following a lengthy illness.

Born August 31, 1946, and raised in Chester by his parents, the late Victor and Betty Harris Goppert.

Richard was a 1964 graduate of Oak Glen High school and he worked for White Construction in the IT department. He formerly worked for Homer Laughlin China Company as an operator.

He will be missed by his sister, Vicki Clark, and her husband Todd of Chester.

Richard was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Jackie Davis.

Per Richard’s wishes, no services are planned at this time. The Arner Funeral Chapel was entrusted with his arrangements.
