Ramona L. Bragg

Ramona Lois Bragg (previous Reed), 91, of East Liverpool, passed January 19, 2023, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Born, on January 17, 1932, in East Liverpool Ohio, to late parents Norvil Reed and Anna Reed (Ward).

Ramona (Monie) lived in the East Liverpool area her entire life. Monie and her late husband Lester Bragg, raised nine children. She had a feisty personality and loved her dog Cookie along with a good cup of coffee. Monie had a green thumb, especially with violets, vines, and Christmas cacti. Her hobbies included people and bird watching, visiting with friends and family, crocheting, crossword puzzles, and going to yard sales.

Ramona is survived by her two daughters Kathleen (Kathy) McElhaney (husband Jack) and Dianna (Dink) Bayless (husband Gordy) and four sons James (Jim) Bragg, William (Bill) Bragg, Kenneth (Ken)  Bragg (wife Krista), and Patrick (Pat) Bragg (wife Sheila). Grandchildren: Braxton Bragg, Shelby Bragg, Elizabeth Bragg, Chad Emmons, Todd Emmons, Wally McElhaney, Ron McElhaney, as well as ten great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Ramona was preceded in death by her husband, Lester Albert Bragg, four sisters, and one brother, son Lester Bragg Jr (Bus), son Robert Lee Bragg (Bob), and daughter Patricia Ann Bragg (Patty).

Friends may visit Ramona’s family, Saturday, January 21, 2023, at Arner Funeral Chapel from 11:00am-Noon. Interment will be held privately at Locust Hill Cemetery. She is in the care of the Arner Funeral Chapel.
