Obituary
Ralph M. “Mike” Perkins, 66, of Chester, passed, Thursday, March 24, 2022, at East Liverpool City Hospital, following a lengthy illness.
Born, December 10, 1955, in Harrison Township SAFB, Michigan, he was the son of Ralph Coatsworth Perkins (Sonja) of Little Washington, PA. and the late Janet Sue Riggs Perkins.
Mike was a graduate of Sullivan Senior High Class of 1974; he continued his education at Jefferson County Community college receiving his certification in Law Enforcement. Mike worked as a security guard for the State of Ohio.
Mike enjoyed listening to good music, riding motorcycles, boating and camping. Although his greatest joy in life was spending time with his family and friends.
He will be deeply missed by his wife, Rebecca Davis Perkins; son, Nicholas Capito (Jenn) of Weirton; daughter, Stephanie Perkins (Paul Francioni) of Bristolville, OH.; sisters, Kathy Perkins, Cindy McKenzie and Debi Reilly; grandchildren, Makayla, Alexa, Blake, Baylee, Connor, Chloe and Justin.
Mike was preceded in death by his son, Justin Perkins and by his grandson, Liam Capito.
Per Mike’s wishes no services are planned at this time. Mike’s arrangements were entrusted with the Arner Funeral Chapel.
