Priscella K. Paar

 Priscella K. Paar, 63, of Weirton, passed, Sunday, January 3, 2021, at Weirton Medical Center, following a lengthy illness.

Born, August 3, 1957, in Weirton, she was a daughter of the late Robert Hans and Shirley Summers Gum.

She was also preceded in death by her stepdaughter Jessica Paar and her nephew, Robert "Bubba" Hans.

Priscella was a graduate of Weir High School Class of 1975. She is a proud veteran of the United States Army, having served in Germany.  After returning to the United States Priscella continued her education at WV Northern University, where she received her degree in Nursing. She formerly worked as a nurse at Brightwood Health Care Center.

Priscella was a member of Family of God Fellowship. She was a devoted mother and loved spending time with her family. She was the one person that enjoyed cleaning and cooking.

She will be deeply missed by her daughters, Elisha Paar, and  friend, Brittani Wade both of Weirton; grandchildren, Isaiah Ware, Isaiah Robert Ware, Malaki Llanos, Brayden Austin, and Rex Blackwell. She will also be missed by her good friend, Brent Paar; brother, Robert Hans of New Cumberland; sisters, Terri Flati of Weirton, Jeri Hitt of Mt. Gilead, Bobbi Jo Robertson of Follansbee and Belinda Mull and her husband, Gary of Weirton.

Pastor Craig Greathouse will celebrate Priscella’s life Wednesday, January 6, 2021, at Arner Funeral Chapel, at 6:00 PM. Friends may visit with the family 2 hours prior to the service, from 4:00 PM-6:00 PM.
