Paula J. Heffner

Paula J. Heffner, 58, of Chester, passed suddenly, Monday, June 29, 2020, at her home.

Born, February 21, 1962, in East Liverpool, she is the daughter of Edward Byland of Chester and the late Audrey Mumaw Byland.

Paula was a graduate of Oak Glen High School. She formerly owned Brat’s Lounge in Lawrenceville and provided in-home daycare for many years.  

She will be missed by her, brothers, Bill Wright and his wife Joyce of Chester, Ronald Heffner of Arizona and Brent Heffner and his wife Jodi of Chester; nieces: Katie Heffner, Halee Stevens, Nichelle Stevens, Renee Bosque, and nephews: Todd Wright, Joey Heffner, and Brant Forrester. She will also be missed by someone who meant so much to her, Kerrigan Reed.

A memorial service will be held, Saturday, July 11, 2020, at 2:00 PM, at the Newell Lions Den, 510 Washington St. Newell, WV.   The Arner Funeral Chapel was entrusted with Paula’s arrangements. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Paula’s honor to the Alzheimer’s Association as it was a cause very near to her heart.
