Patricia Streets

 Patricia Lou Streets, 77, of Chester, passed away surrounded by her family, Saturday, September 16, 2023, at her residence, following a lengthy illness.

Born, September 14, 1946, in Albion, MI, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Estelle Newman Jordan.

Patricia was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles Franklin Streets, and granddaughter, Deborah Lou Streets; great grandson Aidyn; a son-in-law Sam Tirabassi; daughter in law Debbie Streets; and by her twin sister Paulette.

She was a graduate of Oak Glen High School. Patricia dedicated many years working as a nurse’s aide. Most recently she retired from Mountaineer Casino, where she worked in housekeeping.

Patricia lived for her family and enjoyed every opportunity she had to spend time with them. She was one of the most loving, patient, and compassionate people we have ever known. She was thoughtful, selfless, fair, genuine, and stronger than you can imagine. She was a great example and lived every day to share love and kindness with all those she met. In her spare time, she enjoyed doing word puzzles and reading.

She will be deeply missed by her children, Susan Tirabassi of Chester, Charlene Streets (Chris Haslam) of Weirton, Jolly Streets (Peggy) of East Liverpool and Jordan Streets (Denise) of Chester; brother, John Jordan (Vicki) of Chester; grandchildren, Casey, Amber (Chris Bertschman), Tiffany, Andy, Patrick, Devin and Hailey (Barry); great-grandchildren, Logan, Rocky, Samuel, Nathaniel, Lillian, Elizabeth, Jackson, Matthew, Arizona, Blake, Braxton, Adalyn and Ariel; Companion, Allen Plimpton; bonus daughter, Janice Hoover and Bonus Son, Jerry Heath.

Pastor Terry Weyand will celebrate Patricia’s life, on Thursday, September 21, 2023, at Arner Funeral Chapel, at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow at Locust Hill Cemetery. Food and fellowship will continue at Patricia’s residence.  Friends may visit with her family on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, at the funeral home from 1:00 PM-3:00 PM and 5:00 PM-7:00 PM.
