Patricia Cooper Obituary
Patricia A. “Pat” Cooper, 76, of Follansbee, passed, Tuesday, September 7, 2021, at East Liverpool City Hospital, following a lengthy illness.
Born, April 28, 1945, in Steubenville, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Dorothy Crawford McGee.
She was also preceded in death by her son, Charles Robert Hicks.
Pat attended Brooke High School and she studied nursing at Jeff Tech. She worked for many years as an LPN.
She was a member of Brooke County 4H and she enjoyed helping with Boy Scouts and the Blue Birds. Pat had a passion for crafting and going camping.
She will be deeply missed by her husband, Paul Cooper; children, Cheryll Weekley and her husband Jeff of Wellsburg, Thomas William Hicks and his wife, Teresa of Follansbee and Candis Perna and her husband Brian of Chester, Nellie Lamp, Jim Hicks, Eddie Hicks, and Bill Hicks and his wife Paula; sister, Rebecca Smith; grandchildren, Brian Perna, Hayden Hicks, Janessa Hicks, Izzabella Stemple, and numerous other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A memorial visitation will be held, Friday, September 10, 2021, at the Arner Funeral Chapel, from Noon to -2:00PM.
