Michael H. Russell, 59, of Wellsville, passed away, Monday, March 9, 2020, at the East Liverpool City Hospital.
Born, January 18, 1961, in East Liverpool, he is a son of the late Richard and Betty Touvelle Russell.
He was also preceded in death by his brother, John Russell.
Mike was a graduate of Wellsville High School and he was formerly employed at Shell Oil.
He enjoyed being outdoors, sitting on his porch, camping, hunting, and fishing. Mike looked forward to spending his days with his grandchildren, Koleigh and Korbin Foden.
He will be deeply missed by his loving wife of 28 years, Patricia Russell; children, Kelly Carter and her husband Matt of Mississippi, Michael Kidwell of Newark, OH., Todd Eastham and his wife Renae of Wellsville and Nichole Foden and her husband Joey of Wellsville; brother, Richard "Dick" Russell of Lisbon; sister, Crystal Plumpton and her husband, Jim of East Liverpool and 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Per Mike’s wishes, no services are planned and the Arner Funeral Chapel was entrusted with his arrangements.
