Michael Elkins Obituary

Michael L. “Mike” Elkins, 70, of East Liverpool, passed suddenly, on November 4, 2021, at East Liverpool City Hospital.

Born, January 30, 1951, in Charleston, WV., he is a son of Reedith Jefferies Wyant of East Liverpool and the late Bill Elkins.

He was also preceded in death by his sister, Linda Murphy.

Mike was a graduate of Wellsville High School Class of 1969. After graduation, he served as a United States Marine, where he was assigned as military police. He retired from J&J Boat Works working numerous years as a deckhand.

He is survived by his children, Mike Elkins, Michael Lockhart, Nick Elkins, and Allana Elkins; siblings, Fred Elkins (Donna) of East Liverpool, Jonny Elkins (Lori) of Wellsville and Kevan Elkins of East Liverpool, Katha Talbert of East Liverpool, and Tom Elkins and his wife, Crystal of East Liverpool.

Per Mike’s wishes, no services are planned at this time. His arrangements were entrusted with the Arner Funeral Chapel.
