Marcella "Marc" Bloor

Marcella M. “Marc” Bloor, 66, of East Liverpool, passed suddenly, Sunday, March 19, 2023, at UPMC Mercy in Pittsburgh.

Born, December 24, 1956, in East Liverpool, she was the daughter of the late Newell “Ben” and Ethel Eagle Poling.

A graduate of East Liverpool High School Class of 1975. She furthered her education at Kent State University receiving a degree in Nursing. Marc later retired from East Liverpool City Hospital where she dedicated numerous years working as a nurse in the Emergency Department.

Above all things in life, her pride and joy was her grandson, Nathan. She was his biggest fan and enjoyed attending his sporting events.

She will be deeply missed by her loving husband, Robert A. Bloor, whom she married on February 13, 1978. Marc will also be missed by her daughters, Kyde Kelly (Scott Crews) of East Liverpool and Ashley Eberle and her husband, Jeff of Beaver, PA.; grandson, Nathan Kelly; step-grandchildren, Hailie and Nyah Eberle; brother, Gary G. Poling, and his wife, Pam of East Liverpool; niece, Pam Nardizzi (Chris); nephews, Gary M. Poling (Kayla) and Chris Smith (Grit), and great nephew, Ben. 

Family and friends are welcome to visit St. John Lutheran Church, 400 Hill Blvd, East Liverpool, OH 43920, Wednesday, Noon-3:00 PM and services will follow at 3:00 PM. Private burial will be held at Riverview Cemetery. The Arner Funeral Chapel assisted with these arrangements.
