Lulu Belle Weekley

Lulu Belle Weekley, 82, of East Liverpool, passed, Saturday, January 2, 2021, at her home, following a brief illness. 

 Born, January 28, 1938, in Pine Grove, WV., she was a daughter of the late Willard Hursel Willey and Anna Rice Johnson. 

 Lulu was also preceded in death by her husband, Carl Weekley, brothers, Billy, Abe, John, and Hursel "Bud" Willey; sisters, Emma Zane Willey and Patsy Elliott. 

 Lulu was a devoted mother and grandmother. She loved her family with her entire heart and soul. She enjoyed baking goodies and spending time with her furbabies and her parrot, Polly. 

 She will be forever cherished by her daughter, April Smith and her husband Patrick; son, John Weekley of East Liverpool; siblings, Mary Younglove of Calcutta, Daisy Yoho (Jim) of Pine Grove, WV., Mona McCarthy of Bridgeport, Lottie Powell (Dave) of Pinegrove, WV., Ikey Willey (Tina) of Pinegrove, WV. and Wanda Suarez of Rachel, WV.; grandchildren, Matthew Carl Smith (Lena) of Campbell, OH., Alex Patrick Smith of Salem and Cole Michael Weekley of Poland. 

 Rev. Willard Adkins will celebrate Lulu’s life, Thursday, January 7, 2021, at 6:00 PM, at Smiths Ferry United Methodist Church, 110 Liberty Avenue Midland,  PA  15059
