Kurt M. "Buster" Culler

Kurt M. “Buster” Culler, 48 years old, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 20, 2023, with his family by his side at East Liverpool City Hospital.

He was born September 17, 1974, in Weirton, WV.  He was the son of Kurt A. Culler (deceased) and Ann Martin Culler.

He graduated from Oak Glen High School in 1993 and enlisted in the Army in 1994 where he served as a diesel mechanic for 7 years, with two tours of duty in Bosnia.  After leaving the military he worked at PGT Trucking where he was the lead mechanic for many years.

He loved playing pool, hard rock music, drawing, graphic arts and building custom motorcycles, as well as many other things in his beloved garage. He will be best remembered for his great sense of humor.

Left to cherish his memory is his mother, his sister Jenn Culler (Keith), Uncle Walter Martin (Jeanie), Aunt Judy McGlothlin (Bruce), Pat Jones (Fred), cousins Jeff Martin (Shannon), Karrie Kennedy (Chris), Mike McGlothlin (Becki), Molly Henry (Jeep), Sheila Sayre (Grandma Sheila) and the Robbie Edwards family and his buddy Henry Longfellow.

Special thanks to the CHCC and ELCH nurses and aides with a special thanks to Dr. Thomas and Dr. Naik.  

Visitation will be held Thursday, March 23, 2023, at Arner Funeral Chapel from 6-8PM. Military honors will be held at the funeral home, Thursday at 6:00PM.
