Obituary
Kerry A. McKinley, 49, of East Liverpool, passed, Thursday, April 21, 2022, at East Liverpool City Hospital, following brief illness.
Born, May 13, 1972, in East Liverpool, OH., she was the daughter of Lee and Frank Tittle of East Liverpool and Marvin Jarrard of Florida.
She will be deeply missed by her daughter, Markie Lowe-Grey and her husband Ron of East Liverpool; son, Brian Tittle and his wife Jessie of Philadelphia, PA; brother, Brian Jarrard of Salinevile; grandchildren, Joellian, Lacie Grey. She will also be missed by her companion, Terry Call.
Kerry was preceded in death by her brother, Mark Jarrard.
No services are planned at this time, Kerry’s arrangements were entrusted by the Arner Funeral Chapel.
