Judith L. Webb, 64 of Lisbon, passed at the East Liverpool City Hospital on Thursday, June 11, 2020, following a lengthy illness.
Born in East Liverpool on November 28, 1955, Judy was one of eight children born to the late Curtis Lee and Carol Elaine Moffet Virden.
A Christian by faith and a graduate of East Liverpool High School, she formerly worked in the deli at the Lisbon Sparkle Market.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Jody Virden.
Survivors include her daughter, Tina Phillips of Colorado, and her siblings, Dale (Cindy) Virden of Gardiner, Maine, Ross ( Melinda) Virden of West Point, Jim (Nancy) Virden of East Liverpool, Mark (Dennis) Virden of Carrolton, and Carl (Karen) Virden of Olive Branch MS., one stepsister, Margie Virden of Elkton, and one half-sister, Eddie Kelly of Lisbon.
In fulfilling Judy's wishes, no services are planned, and she is in the care of the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester.
