Joseph (Joe) Herron Obituary

GAITHERSBURG– Joseph (Joe) Herron, 54, of Gaithersburg, Md., formally of New Manchester, W.Va., passed at home Jan. 30, 2020 from a brief illness.

He was employed at the U.S. Capitol in Washington, DC. and a graduate of Oak Glen High School.

Born Oct. 10, 1965, in Weirton, W.Va., he was the son of the late George and Mary Rita Herron.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Nancy Lamb and Suzanne Bruno

Survivors include his brothers, Vincent Herron of Gaithersburg, Thomas Herron and Frederick Herron of New Manchester, sisters, Diane Littell, Darlene (Gale) Haddox, and Rita (Marty) Burkey, all of New Cumberland.

Private interment will be held at the convenience of the family at the New Cumberland Cemetery. The Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester is assisting the family with these arrangements.
