Jody R. Davis of East Liverpool, passed peacefully at his home on Sunday, April 3, 2022, following a yearlong battle with cancer.
A son of the late Edward and Eva Potts Davis, Jody was born in Calcutta, OH. on October 21, 1953.
He was a retired truck driver and a veteran of the US Navy. Jody loved music and was an avid guitar player.
In addition to his parents, his brother, Don Hoyt, his sister, Doris Campbell, and his son, Jody Davis Jr. preceded him in death.
Jody leaves his wife, Helen Morris Davis, his sons, Jesse Davis and his wife Laura of Freedom, PA., and Zachary Davis and his wife Amanda of Columbiana, OH., his grandchildren, Damien, Donavan, Madeline, Jackson, Easton, and Grayson, his sister, Darlene (Jack) Grimm of Beaver Falls, PA., and his brothers, Ronnie Davis of Columbus, OH., and Eddie Davis of Rogers, OH.
In fulfilling Jody’s wishes, there will be no services and the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester is assisting with these arrangements.
