Obituary
Jessica S. Chapman, 43, of East Liverpool, passed unexpectedly, on Tuesday, September 5, 2023.
Born, on November 5, 1979, she was the daughter of Patricia Chapman and Keith A. Clark (Janice) all of East Liverpool.
Jessica was a 1998 graduate of East Liverpool High School where she was a cheerleader and played basketball. She later earned an associate degree in clinical mental health counseling and formerly worked as a drug and alcohol counselor.
Jessica attended Wellsville First Christian Church.
She will be deeply missed by her parents, Patricia, and Keith (Janice); sons, Dominic Keith, and Christian Lewis Chapman; sister, Tracy Blankenship of Toronto; brother, Michael Owens (Erin) of California; Aunt Don and Teresa Dean of Middletown, OH. She will also be missed by many cousins and friends.
Jessica was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Hazel Thompson, and paternal grandparents Eugene and Jean Clark.
Pastor Larry Rose will celebrate Jessica’s life, on Friday, September 8, 2023, at the Arner Funeral Chapel, at 7:00 PM. Friends may visit with her family, 2 hours prior to the service from 5:00 PM-7:00 PM. Food and fellowship will be held after the service at her father’s home in East Liverpool.
