Obituary
Jeffrey L. Fellouzis, 66 of East Liverpool passed peacefully at his home surrounded by family on Saturday, April 8, 2023, following a lengthy illness.
He was born in East Liverpool on July 23, 1956, to the late Emmanuel Fellouzis, and Donna Stowers Ketchum.
Jeff adored his family who left with wonderful memories of time spent together, especially many games of the dice game, Zilch. He was a retired union pipefitter and a 1974 graduate of Beaver Local High School. He proudly served his country with the US Navy aboard a nuclear submarine where he learned the craft of welding.
Along with his parents, his wife beloved Connie preceded him in death.
Surviving are his siblings, Susan (Mike) Stanley of Columbus, OH, Maryann Fellouzis of Cuyahoga Falls, OH, Lisa (Pete) Umbel of Dayton, OH, and Emmanuel Fellouzis of Interlachen, FL. In addition, he leaves his nieces and nephews, David Springer, Amanda Boone, Emanuel Fellouzis, Michelle Stanley-Yetez, Tracy McMillan, Rachel Pazlu, Alina McLaughlin, Jimmy Ford, and Mitchell, and Elliot Furher and many nieces and nephews.
A private family gathering will be held to celebrate Jeff’s life.
