Jane L. Learn

Jane L. Learn, 94, of Chester, passed, Wednesday, September 15, 2021, at Pepperberry Suites Orchards at Foxcrest.

Born, April 13, 1927, in Geauga County, she is the daughter of the late Blair and Gertrude Tucker Hoover. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Harry K. Learn by her daughter, Karen Greene, grandchildren Kristi Greene and Dalton Barret.

Jane was a graduate of Akron North High School, and she was formerly employed at JCPenney, where she worked as a sales clerk.

Jane retired with her husband to Mesa, AZ where they were active at Grace Community Church and enjoyed traveling in their RV with family. She attended the First Christian Church in Chester. Jane was also a member of the Peach Tree Inn Resident Council and she enjoyed crafting especially sewing and crocheting.

She will be deeply missed by her daughters, Kay Deer of Barberton, OH., Barbara Learn (Mark Hissom) of East Liverpool, and Pamela Torres of Las Vegas and 12 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

Friends may visit with Jane’s family for a memorial visitation at the Arner Funeral Chapel, Sunday, September 19, 2021, from 2-4:00 PM
