Obituary


George R. Crouch, 86, of East Liverpool, passed, Saturday, April 16, 2022, at East Liverpool City Hospital.

Born, December 16, 1935, in Steubenville, he was the son of the late Fred and Clara Parks Crouch.

George was also preceded in death by his twin brother, Raymond Crouch, brother, Clyde Crouch and by his sister, Rosemary Gibson.

He was a member of the Army National Guard Reserves, later retiring from Ohio Edison in Toronto, OH, where he worked in the Maintenance Department. George most recently worked for Town and Country Apartments in East Liverpool.

He was very talented at woodworking, making many custom projects.

George will be deeply missed by his loving wife, Elsie M. Crouch; son, Roger Crouch and his wife, Tracy of East Liverpool; daughter, Kathy Crouch of East Liverpool; brother, Br. Juniper Crouch, OFM of New Orleans, LA.; Sandy Richardson of Toronto, OH.; grandchildren, Emily Gunning and her husband Brandon; Sarah Wright and her husband Will. He will also be missed by his great grandchildren, Ella, Nolan and Brynlea Gunning and Rhett Wright.

Per George’s wishes no services will be held. Private interment will take place at Fort. Steuben Cemetery in Wintersville. Arrangements were entrusted to the Arner Funeral Chapel.
