Frances G. Ridgdill

Frances G. Ridgdill, 88, of Chester, passed away, Monday, November 4, 2019, at the East Liverpool City Hospital, following a brief illness. 

Born, February 13, 1931, in Chester, she was a daughter of the late Andrew “Andy” and Elizabeth Pearl Davis Fisher.

Frances was a member of the Nazarene Church in New Smyrna Beach, FL. She retired from Bricker’s Cafeteria where she worked as a waitress.

Frances is survived by her son, Michael R. Armstrong of East Liverpool; sisters, Geraldine Adams of Chester and Margie Brewer of Lisbon, OH.; 3 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ben Ridgdill; daughter, Connie A. Polk; brothers, Harvey and Fred Fisher and sisters, Gladys Kuhn, Dorothy Newland, Twila Hanlon, and Shirley Heath.

Frances will be buried by her late husband, Ben at Edgewater Cemetery in Edge Water, FL. The Arner Funeral Chapel was entrusted with making these arrangements.
