Elizabeth Jane Dzatko, 81, of Carrollton, passed away, Friday, April 24, 2020, at Carroll Healthcare Center, following a lengthy illness.
Born, July 24, 1938, in Barberton, OH., she was a daughter of the late James and Beatrice Harvey Brown.
She was also preceded in death by her son, Michael R. Dzatko.
Elizabeth was an amazing mother to 4 children and an extraordinary grandmother! She was a lover of all animals, especially horses and dogs. Anyone who knew her knows she loved her dog shows. She also loved to craft, walk, and particularly to dance. She was stubborn, lively, and would help anyone. Most of all she was funny and a prankster, she taught us all that laughter really is the best medicine.
Elizabeth will be deeply missed by her son, James Dzatko of Alliance, OH.; daughters, Tammy Dzatko of Hopedale, OH. and Christine Bixler and her husband David of Salineville, OH.; brother, Robert Brown of Akron, OH. She will also be missed by her grandchildren, Sarah Ripley of Vancouver, WA. Rodney Ripley Jr. of Weirton, WV. and Joseph Bixler of Salineville and 2 great-grandchildren.

Per Elizabeth’s wishes, no services are planned, and she is in the care of the Arner Funeral Chapel.
