Derrick Rand Obituary

Derrick E. Rand, 68, of Chester, passed unexpectedly, Saturday, August 29,2020, at the East Liverpool City Hospital.

Born, January 24, 1952, in Chicago, IL., he was a son of the late Edward V. and Pearl V. Dys Rand.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Patricia Ranallo.

Derrick is a US Army Vietnam Veteran who served in 1969 - 1971, 82nd Airborne.

He is survived by his son, Christopher Rand and his wife, Beth of Toronto; daughter, Holly Gear of Toronto; grandchildren, Kyrin, Quinton, David, and George, Christopher and Ava Rand; sister, Christine Williams of Chicago, IL. He will be missed by his companion, Pamela Harman of Chester.
