Debra A. Rosa, 67 of East Liverpool passed at Presbyterian University Hospital in Pittsburgh on Tuesday, September 1, 2020, after sustaining serious injuries in an automobile accident two weeks ago.
Born in East Liverpool on August 30, 1953, Debra was a daughter of the late Carl L. Gorrell, and Ann Howard Boggess.
A homemaker and a 1971 graduate of Beaver Local High School, she was also a member of the East Liverpool Moose Lodge #122. Debra’s greatest joys in life were spending precious time with her family, creating memories that will last a lifetime.
Devasted by this tragic loss are her children, Dawn (Warren) Swiger of New Cumberland, Mary Ann (Michael) Kerr of Beaver Falls, PA., and Jason Keys of Smithsferry, PA. Also, she leaves several special grand and great-grandchildren. Survivors also include her siblings, Carl Gorrell Jr., Sherry Halstead of East Liverpool, and Pam (Larry) Barth of Berlin Center, OH.
Family friend, Pastor Charles Thomas will celebrate Debra’s life at the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester on Friday, September 4, at 6:00 p.m. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral home on Friday two hours prior to the service, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.
