Debra J. Beal

Debra Jean Beal, 66, of Chester, passed, Wednesday, July 7, 2021, at Trinity West Hospital in Steubenville, following a lengthy illness.

Born, August 13, 1954, in Rochester, PA., she was the daughter of Frank and Arlene Barton Waxler. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Mike, Steve, and Dan Waxler.

Debra was fun-loving and had a great sense of humor. She enjoyed dancing, playing pool, and darts, but her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family.

She will be deeply missed by her husband of 25 years, Rolland Beal; sons, James Starr of Newell and Larry Lockhart and his wife Vicki of Hookstown; grandchildren, Madison Lockhart, Jade Starr, and Larry Lockhart III; great-granddaughter, Charliann; Uncle Robert Waxler and Aunt Carol Waxler.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, July 13, 2021, from 4:00 PM-8:00 PM, at the Arner Funeral Chapel.
