Deborah L. Brown

Deborah L. Brown, 62, of East Liverpool, passed, Friday, June 3, 2022, at East Liverpool City Hospital, following a sudden illness.

Born, May 31, 1960, in Beaver, PA., she was the daughter of the late Robert Williams and June Crooms Cowart.

Debbie was preceded in death by her loving husband, Ronald Brown, sister Elizabeth Williams and Mother June Cowart. 

She was a graduate of East Liverpool High School Class of 1978. Debbie was a dedicated member of The Greater Faith Family Worship Center. A strong supporter of the Civil Rights Movement and accomplished writer, having written and directed a national recognized play entail “The Greatest Gift”.

Debbie will always be remembered as loving, patient and funny. Always putting her family first and never stopped encouraging them to pursue their goals.

Debbie will be deeply missed by her children, Dorthy Brown and her fiance Malcolm Jackson, Brian Humphrey and his wife, Miranda of East Liverpool; Alex Smith of East Liverpool, Zachary Williams and his wife, Airika of OK., Sara King and her husband, and Jason of Steubenville; stepchildren, Ronald Brown Jr. and Maurice Brown; siblings, Bruce Cowart and his wife, Jocelyn of Boardman and Jeffrey Cowart of East Liverpool and grandchildren, Maurice, Annalise, Brinna, Ambriana, Maliah, Nakhia, Presley, Leiara, Amari, Alexis, Mariah, Jesmyn and Langston.

A memorial service will be held at Greater Faith Church 2033 Midland Beaver Road Industry PA. 15052, with the repass starting at 5:00pm and the Service to start sharply at 5:30pm.
