David Tice, 69, of East Liverpool, loving husband, father, pap, brother, uncle, and friend, passed, Wednesday, March 17, 2021, at West Penn Hospital.
Born, June 11, 1951, in East Liverpool, he was a son of the late James D. and Elsie W. Whitney Tice. He was also preceded in death by his brother, James W. Tice; sisters, Evelyn Ankrom, Wilma Wells, and Hazel Chipps.
David received his GED on his daughter, Pearl’s birthday, he was so proud to become a father. David knew that he wanted to provide his family with the best life that he possibly could. He worked for 41 years as a Master Color Mixer and Night Supervisor at Mason Color.
He enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing, and deer sighting.
David will be deeply missed by his loving wife of 45 years, Ila Quarterman Tice. He will also be missed by his sons, David W. Tice Jr. and his companion Jamie Hamilton, Roy Alan Tice and his wife Courtney, and Edward Glenn Tice and his wife Becky; daughter, Pearl Posey, and her husband Jamie all of East Liverpool; 5 grandchildren, Katlyn and Jonathan Tice, Madalyn Posey, Breanna and Daniel Tice and several nieces and nephews.
Bishop Benjamin Crouch and Brother Dale Rudibaugh will celebrate David’s life, March 23, 2021, at 11:00 am, at Arner Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow at Columbiana County Memorial Park. Friends may visit with his family at the funeral home Monday, March 22, 2021, from 2:00-4:00 PM and 6:00-8:00 PM.
