David “Wayne” Hutchison, 74, of Rogers, passed away peacefully August 21, 2018, in his home surrounded by his family.
Born, August 4, 1944, in East Liverpool, he is a son of the late Max and Irene Howard Hutchison.
He was also preceded in death by his wife Valerie Fritz Hutchison.
Wayne attended Beaver Local High School and was a proud United States Navy Veteran.
He was a member of the Moose Lodge in East Liverpool, where you could find him dancing the night away. Wayne was an Auto mechanic and was known as the “Transmission Man”, he enjoyed riding his 4-wheeler, listening to live music and watching the races at Bull Run.
Wayne will be deeply missed by his daughter, Becky Hutchison and her husband Travis Mahony of Rogers, daughter, Diahne Patnode of Phoenix, AZ. And Kimberly Wilson of East Liverpool, and by his grandson that he raised as his own, Corey Faessel and his wife Tiffany; grandchildren, Chanel, Cherisse and Tyler Patnode and great-grandchild, Rayne Faessel; sisters, Sis Hughes and Sue Hargraves of East Liverpool. He will also be missed by his dear friend, Jan Davis of Guilford Lake.
We’ll celebrate Wayne’s life on Friday, August 24, 2018, at 10:00 AM, at the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester. Friends may visit with the family on Thursday, August 23, 2018, at the funeral home, from 1:00 PM-3:00 PM and 5:00 PM-7: 00 PM. Interment will follow at Columbiana County Memorial Park.
