Cathleen A. Britt

Cathleen A.  Britt, 65, of East Liverpool, passed, Tuesday, November 24, 2020, at her home surrounded by her loving children and grandchildren, following a lengthy illness.

Born, February 20, 1955, in Kittery, ME., she was a daughter of the late William Britt and his wife, Louise Allison and mother, Margaret “Peggy” Jackson Castellano.

Cathleen was preceded in death by her brothers, Timothy and Patrick Britt; companion, Gary McGuckin; nephew, Shawn, and niece, Britt Cunningham

She was a graduate of Beaver Local High School.

Cathleen was a family-oriented person who dearly loved her family, especially her grandchildren.

She will be deeply missed by her son, Juan Hernandez and his wife Mallory Jo Meyers; daughters, Melody Barnoski and her husband Stephen and Jennifer Contoeras; grandchildren, John M., Javier M., Jakobi M., and Julien M. Hernandez, Cameron M. Banch, Chantilly M. Hernandez, Martin A. Conteras-Hernandez, James M. Hernandez, Sebastian M.. Alexis C. and Thaddeus Barnoski; brothers, William Britt Jr., and his wife Linda; Michael Britt and his wife Marsha, Stanley Jackson and his wife Missi and Christopher Britt and his wife Kelli; sisters, Colleen Britt, Candy Taylor and her husband Randy, Paula Schell and her husband Marvin, Christine Britt Lerussi and her husband Lee, and Joelle Castellano.

Per Cathleen’s wishes, no services are planned at this time. A private burial will take place at Columbiana County Memorial Park. The Arner Funeral Chapel was entrusted with Cathleen’s arrangements.
