Catherine L. Burton Lowe

Catherine Louise Burton Lowe, 56, of East Liverpool, OH., passed away on January 17, 2020, at UPMC Magee-Women’s Hospital.

Cathy was born on June 7, 1963, she was the daughter of the late Frederick and Virginia Burton. She graduated from Beaver Local High School in 1982 and was employed at Homer Laughlin China Company.

Cathy is survived by her two sons, Michael and Frederick Lowe and his wife Stephanie, of East Liverpool. Cathy also leaves behind her companion, Casey Adkins, and a sister, Gail Burton Foreman of Sarasota, FL.

Pastor Mark Blakeley will celebrate Cathy’s life, Wednesday, January 22, 2020, at 6:00 PM, at the Arner Funeral Chapel. A memorial visitation will be held 2 hours prior to the service from 4:00 PM-6:00 PM.
