Carolyn "Sue" Mink

Carolyn “Sue” Mink, 85, of Chester, passed, Wednesday, March 22, 2023, at East Liverpool City Hospital. 

Born, June 17, 1938, in Dayton, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Helen Bard Milner.She was preceded in death by her daughter, Barb Mink Larkins and by her sister, Nada Phillips. 

Sue was a graduate of Adams Township High School Class of 1957. After graduation, she worked as a Librarian. She was a proud homemaker and took great pride in taking care of her family. 

Sue was a member of First Baptist Church and was steadfast in her faith. 

She will be deeply missed by her husband. Ottis “Arlis” Mink, whom she married on March 22, 1958. They just shared their 65th wedding anniversary. She will also be missed by her daughters, Teresa (Fletcher) Mink of Chester; Tammy Mink  Lemasters and her husband, William of Moundsville; brother, Bud Milner and his wife, Marilyn of Springfield, OH.; grandchildren, Joshua Fletcher (Heather), Trevor Mink (Tina), Taran Mink Pietosi (Anthony), Darby Lemasters and Jordon Bolton (Gage) and 8 great-grandchildren. 

Friends may visit with the family, Friday, March 24, 2023, at the funeral home from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM.  Pastor Joseph Andrews will celebrate Sue’s life, Saturday, March 25, 2023, at Arner Funeral Chapel, at 11:00 AM. Interment will be held at Shadow Lawn Memory Gardens.
