In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband James Blake, son Jonathan Bryan Blake, grandson Kenneth Allen Blake, Jr., brother Larry Dunn, and by her sister Michelle Dunn Earnest.
Carolyn was a 1968 graduate of John Marshall High School in Moundsville, WV. She was a homemaker who raised three children. She was very creative and could make something out of nothing. The most important thing to her was her family, and she enjoyed researching genealogy.
She will be deeply missed by her children, Taunnya Coe (Scott) of East Palestine, OH, Kevin Blake (Debbie) also of East Palestine, and Kenneth Blake, Sr. (Tami) of Jonesburg, MO; brothers Keith, James, and Andrew Dunn; sisters Donna Dunn, Ruth Wade, Martha Cross, Sharon Whipkey, Diane Avila, Deborah Neely, Yaunetta Dunn, and Alberta Greathouse and their respective families. She will also be missed by her eight grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
