Bonnie L. Gaines

Bonnie L. Gaines, 70, Lifelong resident of East Liverpool, passed peacefully at the home of her sister on Monday, May 25, 2020, following a lengthy illness.

A daughter of the late Robert C. and Eva A. Halfhill Bidwell, she was born in East Liverpool on July 11, 1949.

A loving homemaker, Bonnie was preceded in death by the love of her life, her husband, Fred “Dean” Gains.

Also, she was preceded by her sisters, Darlene Parrish, Donna Thrasher, and Cindy Lemasters.

Her loving family includes her siblings, Bobbie (Keith) Hamilton of Calcutta, Joyce Parrish of Calcutta, Becky (Greg) Post of Calcutta, Bob “Jr.” (Marlynn) Bidwell of Salineville, and Ronny (Teresa) Bidwell of Salineville. Several nieces and nephews survive as well.

Private graveside services will be Saturday at Spring Grove Cemetery in East Liverpool, where she will be laid to rest with her loving husband, Dean. These services have been entrusted to the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester.
