Beth Ann Leipper, 74, of East Liverpool passed away at her home on Friday, January 3, 2020, after becoming suddenly ill.

A Daughter of the late Archie Floyd and Alice Mae Frontz Weldon, Beth Ann was born in East Liverpool on August 17, 1945.

Beth Ann was a retired home health aide for Ohio Valley Home Health in East Liverpool, and she was a member of the Wellsville First Christian Church. She was a 1963 graduate of Beaver Local High School and she received an associate’s art degree from Kent State University. Also, she was a member of the Eastern Stars.

Along with her parents, one brother, David Lee Weldon preceded her in death.

Surviving family members include her daughter, Susan Fritch; her son, Doug Leipper; her granddaughter, Kelsey Leipper; and her great-grandson, Kale Leon Gromley all East Liverpool.

Her care has been entrusted to the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester and a memorial service is being planned for a later date.
