Bernice "Patty" Frazier

Bernice “Patty” Frazier, 81, of Rochester, passed, Wednesday, January 19, 2023, at Rochester Manor, following a lengthy illness.

Born, on August 6, 1941, in Georgetown, she was the daughter of the late, William C. Frazier and Esther “Bea” Crago Hummell.

She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Cecil, and William Frazier.

Patty attended Western Pittsburgh School for the Deaf.

She will be deeply missed by her sister, Lenora Beaumont of Chester; sister-in-law, Marilyn Frazier of North Carolina; brother, David Frazier and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pastor Toby Wilson will celebrate Patty’s life, Monday, January 23, 2023, at Arner Funeral Chapel at 2:00 PM. Interment will be held at Chestnut Ridge Cemetery in Florence, PA. Friends may visit with her family 2 hours prior to the service from noon-2:00 PM.
