Wilma Vuiller Obituary

Wilma J. Vuiller, 88, of Weirton, passed away on Monday, December 2, 2019, at Valley Hospice Care Center in Steubenville following a lengthy illness.

A lifetime resident of Weirton, she was born at Holidays Cove on April 20, 1931, to the late Albert and Rosabell Williamson Gorrell.

A loving homemaker, Wilma had previously worked in customer service at the former Fisher Big Wheel in Weirton. A member of the Jehovah Witnesses in Follansbee, she was a graduate of Weirton High School.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandson, Justin Tabor and by her sisters, Delores Wells, Uriana Stewart, Yvonne Boughner and Shelda Shultz and brothers, Albert and Ralph Gorrell.

Wilma will be missed by her loving husband, Charles W. Vuiller; her sons, William E. Vuiller and his wife Phyllis of Poland, OH., Ronald Vuiller of Weirton, Michael Vuiller and his wife Ann of Michigan, Jay Vuiller and his wife, Joyce of Mechanicsville, VA., and Jeff Vuiller of Weirton; her daughter, Debora Vuiller of Weirton; fourteen grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.

Services will be held Saturday, December 14, 2019, at 3:00 PM, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 2514 Eldersville Rd, Follansbee, WV 26037. Burial will take place at the Chapel Hill Cemetery in Weirton. These services have been entrusted to the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester.
